INSIDE >> Issue 08.2006 "Focus"  Stare by Richard Lee Editorial _________________ The previous edition of this issue had little. So we updated the editorial a bit for our readers to backtrack. In August 2006, CreateLeVoyage.com started to take on a bit more steam. We got Richard Lee to submit another one of his pictures for our magazine, and quietly added to our articles. I think that we were rather tired that our printed publication did not quite work out. As August pointed to the anniversary of Singapore's independence, it also reminded us that God was taking care of our survival, one month at a time. The wonderful things about online magazines are the low cost of production and level of accessibility to the readers. We realised that it was right to be prudent at a time of loss and recovery. If we were to go on, we needed to slow down and persevere with the right things. The wrong things had been thrown out, and the excesses discarded. Therefore August was a quiet but nevertheless, eventful month for us. There was little fanfare, almost no publicity of the magazine but it existed. Albeit a small portion of the net, insignificant, but there. Thank God. We learnt that as long as we kept our eyes on the kingdom of God, and made his values ours, that our labour would never be in vain. He keeps his eye on us, more focused than a crocodile's.
